Using an Xacto blade, cut out enough space so the tea light will fit into the pool noodle. Then use a glue gun to create "wax drips" on the candles. Have plenty of glue sticks handy because it take quite a few to do 7 candles. Arrange the "candles" onto the charger/plate as desired and glue them down.

Place the battery-operated candle at the end of the noodle and trace around it with a permanent marker. Use the scissors to cut out the inside of the noodle for the candle to sit down into it.

I used one pool noodle and cut it into 8 pieces of various sizes, a pizza pan, battery tea lights, and a glue gun. When decorating my candles I also used some black roses and Dahlias. All of the supplies came from the Dollar Tree . I arranged the noodles until I liked how they looked on the pan, before hot gluing them in place.
